If memorization is not for you, try visualizing all the information. Translate each paragraph into a drawing, try to select the most unusual associations. In particular, a method of schematic drawings, for example, according to the principle of mnemonic cards, is suitable. Use different colors of pens or felt-tip pens. You can also simply visualize each paragraph in some way, if you prefer.
Highlight Key Phrases
Highlight the keywords in each sentence and the key phrases, sentences in the text as a whole. Try to remember their order. Another option is to plan a performance. Write them yourself and take a piece of paper with you. You will not read, and the keywords will help to comply with the speech plan, not to stray from the text and not to miss the important part.
Learn in advance
It is advisable to start learning speech as early as possible. Observe intervals in repetitions, take breaks. If time permits, a break of even 1-2 days is allowed.
Do not overdo it. This advice is especially important for those who teach the text the day before the presentation. If you overstrain your memory, on the day of the performance you may not remember anything, but after that - easily.
